Founded in 1933, Sullivan Eastern, Inc. is a leading site work, heavy highway, and utility construction firm based in the Raleigh–Durham area of North Carolina.
We primarily operate as a turn-key contractor, but at times we may perform only specific portions of a project, such as grading or utility installation.
Our contracts vary from serving as the Prime Contractor for the owner to functioning as a Subcontractor under a General Contractor.

Our equipment fleet is modern, innovative, and fully maintained by our in-house service department. We utilize GPS-equipped machinery and rovers, allowing us to monitor grades precisely.

As the project evolves, we provide updated budgets and value engineering, and we can also prepare cost-loaded schedules for accurate cash flow analysis.
