Sullivan Eastern, Inc. is a leading Site Work/ Heavy Highway/ Utility construction firm located in the Raleigh/ Durham area of North Carolina. We work mainly as a turn-key contractor, however from time to time we may only perform certain disciplines of a construction project such as grading or utilities. Our contracts may range from us being the Prime Contractor to the owner or a Subcontractor to a General Contactor.
We strive to maintain a balanced work load of commercial, residential, industrial, governmental and municipal projects. Our projects range from shopping centers, office complexes, subdivisions, apartment complexes, assisted living, warehouses, distribution centers, schools, colleges, military base work, utilities, streets and roadways.
At Sullivan Eastern, Inc. we will perform contracts from 100k to multi million dollars. However, we don't use dollars and cents to place a value on your project because we know that your project is priceless to you.
We pride ourselves by being able to offer knowledgeable, highly skilled and excellent communicators. Starting with our Estimating Department to our Project Managers to our Superintendants and carried out by our Foreman. This will always allow you to know where your project stands.
The equipment fleet, which is maintained by our own service department, is modern and innovative. We also use GPS mounted to the equipment along with rovers so we constantly know our grades. This allows us to keep your costs down and project on schedule.
We have worked with owners at the very preliminary stages of a project such as in the design stage, test digs and budgeting. We will continue as the design changes with updated budgets and we will offer value engineering. We can also follow through with schedules and cost loaded schedules for a cash flow analyses.
"A company that can make it for 75 years and keep on going; I think it speaks a lot for itself," says Tom Sullivan, President of Sullivan Eastern, Inc. "Plus we've got a third generation that's taking over."
