I was just called by Heather Keefer, the head of Erosion Control with the Town of Holly Springs. The State of NC visited the SouthPark Village site in Holly Springs while they were touring all of the new development that is taking place in that town. They were so impressed by our erosion control measures that they are coming back with a bus load of people on a tour of outstanding projects in the sediment and erosion control field in the surrounding area. They are extremely pleased with the construction of both large ponds, as well as the secondary means that are in place to control erosion and sediments to protect our waterways and wildlife. SouthPark Village is one of four sites out of all of the construction projects in the Triangle area that will be toured! Congratulations to Eddie and Sullivan Eastern for a job well done! The unsolicited type is the best kind of publicity and recognition possible!

"We had an inspection this morning with the Town of Holly Springs Development Inspectors on the utilities. They were Hookie Riley, David Summers & Daniel Castiveto and they were escorted thru the inspection by Corey Ritter the Utility Supervisor for Sullivan Eastern. The inspection went very well, there were 8 to 12 minor issues and Hookie will have a punch list. David Summers commented his self about how pleased he was with how well the inspection went for a job of this size.

P.S. I would like to thank Corey personally for a good job, and also his men. I think they deserve it for a job well done.
