"In 25 years of working with many construction companies, Sullivan Eastern, Inc. stands out as one of the best I have ever worked with. Their goal of establishing long term relationships with the owner, even at the expense of short term gains for themselves is a rarity in their business."

Ray Garruto, Thomas Rutherfoord, Inc. the Sullivan Eastern, Inc. Bonding Agent.

"Sullivan Eastern has excellent communication and project management skills both in the office and the field. They were always on or ahead of schedule and worked well with the other trades."

Owen Williams, Williams Realty and Building Company

I was just called by Heather Keefer, the head of Erosion Control with the Town of Holly Springs. The State of NC visited the SouthPark Village site in Holly Springs while they were touring all of the new development that is taking place in that town. They were so impressed by our erosion control measures that they are coming back with a bus load of people on a tour of outstanding projects in the sediment and erosion control field in the surrounding area. They are extremely pleased with the construction of both large ponds, as well as the secondary means that are in place to control erosion and sediments to protect our waterways and wildlife. SouthPark Village is one of four sites out of all of the construction projects in the Triangle area that will be toured! Congratulations to Eddie and Sullivan Eastern for a job well done! The unsolicited type is the best kind of publicity and recognition possible!

"We had an inspection this morning with the Town of Holly Springs Development Inspectors on the utilities. They were Hookie Riley, David Summers & Daniel Castiveto and they were escorted thru the inspection by Corey Ritter the Utility Supervisor for Sullivan Eastern. The inspection went very well, there were 8 to 12 minor issues and Hookie will have a punch list. David Summers commented his self about how pleased he was with how well the inspection went for a job of this size.

P.S. I would like to thank Corey personally for a good job, and also his men. I think they deserve it for a job well done.

"Sullivan Eastern recently served as the sitework subcontractor on our 45 million dollar commercial project in RTP, NC. I can say that in all my years as a superintendent I have yet to find a better sitework contractor. I found Scott Sullivan and his team to be reliable, flexible, honest, polite, hard working and very good at what they do. They coordinated well with other trades to make the job run smoothly and with very little interruption. Also, and possibly most important, they were communicative and willing to go the extra distance to ensure that everyone involved was satisfied with what they had done throughout the project. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wished to avail themselves of Sullivan Eastern's services."

William Robertson, Superintendent for Choate Construction Company

"I have had the pleasure of working with Sullivan Eastern on a few projects over the past few years. They are very thorough, responsive and dedicated to meeting the Construction Schedule and ensuring the Client is satisfied."

Barret Stauffacher, Project Manager for Choate Construction Company

"I have contracted with Sullivan Eastern to perform grading work and "turn-key" site development work numerous times over the past 7-8 years. They have always exhibited the ability to perform to a high level any task requested of them; both as far as knowledge and experience for the jobs performed or the capability to bring to bear the equipment and personnel for the jobs performed.

I plan to use them for my site development work in the future and would recommend them to anyone who is considering them for similar work.

I am more than willing to talk with anyone concerning their work and my experience with them."
