NCSU Math & Stats Building (Raleigh, NC)

This project is located in the old main campus around numerous existing buildings and pedestrians. The project consisted of removing a portion of the existing Stinson Drive and rebuilding it during a school break, removing and replacing an existing parking lot, concrete walls and walks. The project lacked any great quantities of any specific items however the challenges were numerous adverse working conditions such as: working hours, pedestrians, other trades, scheduling conflicts, weather, unsuitable soils, unknown existing utilities and plan changes.

All work was completed while maintaining access to the existing buildings.
