Network Appliance Building #4 (Research Triangle Park, NC)

The project was located in an existing parking lot of the Network Appliance Campus in the RTP. The project consisted of:

Removal of Curbs & Sidewalks - 5,700 lf
Removal of Pavement - 12,000 sy
Removal of Utilities - 2,305 lf
Excavation of Dirt & Rock - 45,000 cy
Blasting of Mass & Trench Rock
Undercutting & Replacement of Unsuitable Soils 		Storm Drain - 1,700 lf
Water Lines - 600 lf
Sewer Lines at a depth of 0 to 14 ft - 32 lf
Sewer Lines at a depth of 14 to 28 ft in rock - 800 lf
Stone Base & Paving - 11,670 sy

All work was completed while maintaining access to the existing buildings and working around numerous other trades.
